The invention relates to a quenching device, in particular to an automatic high-frequency quenching device for double end faces of a gear hub. The automatic high-frequency quenching device for the double end faces of the gear hub consists of a machine frame, a program control box, a high-frequency power box, a cooling water tank, a quenching cooling head, a servo motor, a feed bin, a feeding cylinder, a conveying cylinder and a gear hub supporting component, wherein a sliding rail is installed below the program control box; a sliding block is installed on the sliding rail; the gear hub supporting component is installed below the sliding block; the feed bin is installed below the gear hub supporting component; the feeding cylinder is installed at one end of the feed bin; and the quenching cooling head is installed on one side of the feed bin. In a working process of the automatic high-frequency quenching device for the double end faces of the gear hub, a workpiece can be loaded automatically, the double end faces of the gear hub can be quenched at the same time, and the gear hub can be rotated in a quenching process, so that the problems that the conventional quenching device can quench only one end face of the gear hub at a time and reduces the surface hardness of the gear hub, and the working efficiency is relatively low due to manual loading of the workpiece are solved; and the automatic high-frequency quenching device for the double end faces of the gear hub effectively improves the working efficiency, ensures the product quality, and has the characteristics of simple structure and good practicality.
