The invention provides a memory layout method and a memory layout device of a flash chip. The method comprises steps as follows: a plurality of memory layout schemes of flash chip are pre-stored, and a corresponding relationship between the memory layout schemes of flash chip and the chip information of the flash chip is established; the chip information of a flash chip to be laid out is identified; a memory layout scheme of the flash chip corresponding to the identified chip information is chosen from a plurality of memory layout schemes of the flash chip; and memory layout parameters of theflash chip to be laid out is set according to the chosen memory layout scheme of the flash chip.
