Resource-based learning and teaching-concerns, conflicts, consensus, community

In this paper, a model for Resource-Based Learning is presented which considers the stakeholders involved, their respective viewpoints, potential concerns and conflicts. Based on experience gained in our respective institutions we suggest ways for reaching consensus within communities of practice.
