Boundary Element Method Analysis of Surface Acoustic Wave Devices

The paper describes boundary element method (BEM) analysis of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices, and aims at developing an effective SAW device simulation technique [1]. Precise device simulation, which can take account of various second-order effects, would be one of the most vital techniques for the design and development of sophisticated SAW devices [2].
