Device and method for monitoring health condition

PURPOSE: A health state monitoring device and a method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption of an attachable sensor attached to a human body to sense a health state. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(231) is connected to a motion sensing device sensing motion of a human and a state sensing device(220) sensing a health state of the human. A state analysis unit(233) determines whether motion and health abnormality or not of the human. A health state sensing unit(221) senses a health state of the human and generates a state sensing signal. A transmitting/receiving unit(223) receives an abnormal signal from the communication unit.
