RADIOLOGIC CASE PRESENTATION.

Physical examination showed small telangiectasias involving the oral mucosa and there was mild clubbing of the fingers. Auscultation of the chest was normal. Laboratory studies showed polycythemia. Electrocardiographic examination was normal. Chest radiograph (Fig. 1) shows heart of normal size. The lungs are satisfactorily aerated but multiple small opacities are scattered throughout both lungs. Some of these minute densities are discrete and others have a reticulo-nodular pattern.
