Assessment of QA in Consistency of Simulator Focus

Objective To explore the possibility of measuring the focus deviation by the "well"-type definition lines of the simulator.Methods According to the deviation of the collimator and the "well"-type definition lines in the radiation field and the projection field of light respectively,the effective focus and simulated focus were calculated by the geometry relationship,and then we compared the results from the two methods above.Results Measurement results of the 25 paired samples t-test,t =-0.237,P = 0.815,and there was no significant difference.Conclusion In the test,the simulator meets the requirements of the quality assurance,and the consistency of the simulated focus and the effective focus can be verified according to the "well"-type definition lines.
