CONSTITUTION: An AC power input part(110) transfers an AC power source inputted from the outside to a PFC part(130). The PFC part supplies a stable current to the part of a device including a lighting device(100) by improving the power factor of the AC power of the AC power input part. The PFC part changes the inputted AC power source into the DC power source. A SMPS part(150) generates the desired DC power source by using the DC power source. An LED part(170) is composed of a plurality of LED array pairs.
