The Construction on Course Teaching Model of Business English

The modern higher education in China has underwent the reform from elite education to popularization,which set forth a great challenge to the teaching and management model of schools of higher education in China.This paper probes into the essence and significance of "Research-oriented" teaching model and the characteristics of Business English courses,analyses the combination and implementation of the teaching model into Business English teaching with studying the document publicized by the Ministry of Education No.[2005]1,and its related statement of "Vigorously Promote Research-oriented Teaching",with the purpose of developing the brand-new teaching methodology and implementing its practice in Business English courses based on "Research-oriented" teaching model.
