Performance insufficiency analysis and countermeasure of the water-jet coal coke cutter

A large coking company's carbobitumen coking uses water jet coal coke cutter,when which aging,it performance can't meet the requirement of the production.In order to restore the performance,We analysis the reasons and make a whole reconstruction of the water jet coal coke cutter,which include nozzles and runners.After completing the reconstruction,the cutter's efficiency become higher,and we also realize the localization of the combine water jet coal coke cutter.
