Novel distributed fiber optic leak detection system

A novel distributed fiber optic leak detection sys- tem is proposed. Its configuration is similar to an in-line Sa- gnac interferometer. The linear measurable range is from 3 310 24 to 3310 22 rad/AHz with a dynamic range around 40 dB. © 2004 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.
