Apport du stockage inertiel associé à des éoliennes dans un réseau électrique en vue d'assurer des services systèmes

Afin d'accroitre le taux de penetration des eoliennes dans les reseaux electriques, leur capacite a participer aux services systemes en leur associant un systeme de stockage inertiel est investiguee. Dans le cas d'eoliennes a vitesse fixe, le stockage inertiel connecte au reseau alternatif permet d'attenuer les variations de la puissance restituee au reseau electrique. Dans le cas d'eoliennes a vitesse variable, la connexion du stockage inertiel a la generatrice eolienne est realisee au niveau d'un bus de tension continue, par l'intermediaire de convertisseurs de puissance. Afin d'evaluer la capacite des eoliennes a vitesse variable a assurer des services systemes, un dispositif de generation capable d'alimenter des charges isolees ou d'etre integre a un reseau alimente par des alternateurs classiques est considere. Ces contraintes supposent un generateur fonctionnant sans source auxiliaire, participant a l'equilibre consommation production et capable de regler la tension.
