Spontan Renal Pelvis

Spontan pelvis renalis rüptürü oldukça nadir görülen bir durumdur ve bu yüzden sıklıkla tanıda gecikmelere neden olur. En iyi tanı yöntemi bilgisayarlı tomografidir. Tedavide öncelikle altta yatan neden ortadan kaldırılır ve sonrasındaki konservatif tedavi genellikle başarılıdır. Biz bu makalede sol üreter alt ucundaki taşa bağlı pelvis renalis rüptürü olan 51 yaşında bayan hastamızı sunduk. Abstract
