Der interessante Fall

Zusammenfassung: Ein perirenales Urinom mit konsekutivem Urinaszites ist eine extrem seltene Komplikation bei angeborenen obstruktiven Uropathien. Es wird in erster Linie bei posterioren Urethralklappen beobachtet und betrifft bevorzugt Niereneinheiten mit vesikorenalem Reflux (VUR). Wir berichten über einen Knaben, der unmittelbar postpartal durch ein perirenales Urinom und Aszites auffiel. Nach suprapubischer Harnableitung kam es zur vollständigen Rückbildung des Urinoms und zur Normalisierung des Serum-Kreatinins.
