The invention relates to a transmission method and system for sending a plurality of uplink scheduling requests on the basis of a CDM (code division multiplexing) mode. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a first connecting point device of user equipment receives an RRC (radio resource control) signaling; S2, the user equipment generates a plurality of uplink scheduling requests, and in addition, the plurality of uplink scheduling requests are sent to the first connecting point device at the identical-subframe identical-frequency resource in the CDM transmission mode according to orthogonal code sequences; S3, other uplink scheduling requests are respectively transmitted to a corresponding second connecting point device; S4, if a certain connecting point device agrees to execute corresponding data transmission, the connecting point device sends a scheduling authorization instruction to the user equipment; S5, the user equipment sends uplink data to the corresponding connecting point device according to the scheduling authorization instruction. Compared with the prior art, the transmission method and the transmission system have the advantages that control channel resources of other connecting point devices except the first connecting point device are saved, and meanwhile, the power peak-to-average ratio of a transmitter is reduced.
