Study on the construction of knowledge management system of Henan private enterprises

Henan private enterprises are playing more and more roles in the development of economy. By analyzing the main problems existing in the knowledge management of Henan private enterprises and making full use of the covering theoretical and practical results of knowledge management from both home and abroad, this paper puts forward the basic framework of establishing the knowledge management system of private enterprises and points out some main problems to which should be paid more attention during the course of implementing the knowledge management, which has great instructive significance and function for improving the marketing competitiveness as well as enhancing the core competitiveness of Henan private enterprises.
