A DESIGN ON MODEL FOR DYNAMIC BALANCE PLANNING OF COUNTY FARMLAND——TAKE QIDONG COUNTY OF JIANGSU PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE

Based on defining the dynamic balance of farmland including the quantity,quality and ecology ,and the preliminary research on methods of farmland quantum appraisal, the paper designs the model for dynamic balance of farmland planning.
