Two Approaches to Revolution in Manufacturing

Within the past 5–10 years there has been a rapidly growing interest in using “World Class Manufacture”. The collection of ideas now grouped under WCM, including “Just in Time” and “Total Quality Management” [1], allows for many different approaches, using some or all of the ideas.
