The application of uniformity principle to the design of energy-saving Residential Buildings in areas where it is hot in summer and cold in winter

In the design for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone, with uniformity principle, an index — cost-effectiveness ratio has been constructed to decide which Energy Efficiency measures are optimal in the view of economy and Energy Efficiency. The residential environment simulation software DeST — has been used to simulate a six-storey residential building in Sichuan Nanchong city, and 23 cost-effectiveness ratios for 23 different energy Efficiency modes have been calculated respectively and the best choices can be made easily.
