Supply chain network optimization of deadlock: A model based on petri net

Supply chain network is a complex and dynamic net, which is important to companies' competitive power. But the supply chain would be blocked when the resource is occupied, or the stock and production capacity is not enough,. In order to find the cause of the deadlock condition, and to prevent it, a supply chain model based on petri net is created, which can find out the bottleneck place and the key transition through Markov chain, and solve the deadlock problem by changing the transition trigger and optimize the places' parameter. The effect of the model is proved by the calculation of a sample.
