Research on synchronous data acquisition and remote monitoring techniques in the valve test system

This paper describes a LabVIEW based valve test system, in which synchronous data acquisition, remote monitoring and controlling system are concerned. There are four-channel analog signal and two-channel motor encoder digital signal need to be collected in the synchronous mode. The data transmission and command sent between the monitoring computer and Industrial PC need to be achieved with the internet protocol. The acquisition and transmission frequency is up to 1KHZ. The analog signals are sampled from the two DAQ cards, and the digital signals simultaneous acquisition achieving with analog signal are through the hardware circuits. DataSocket technology considered as a versatile and low cost solution are used for remote data transmission. The valve test system based on LabVIEW makes the design become more modularization and easily transplant to other system.
