DCT용 건식클러치 전달토크 특성 규명 및 제어 모델 개발

For the control of dual clutch transmissions with dry clutches, it is important to identify torque transfer characteristics of the dry clutches, which is affected by factors such as clutch temperature, tolerance of parts, wear and aging. In order to identify the characteristics, this paper includes the analysis of change in touch point and T-S curve as the influential factors vary. The paper presents a torque transfer control model that includes the algorithm to detect the touch point and optimize T-S curve. The model also includes a torque observer for detecting the transmitted torque by clutch.
