Method and terminal for measuring reception quality

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a terminal for measuring reception quality. The method comprises: obtaining at least one change time window group of an MBMS control channel, each of the change time window groups comprising at least one change time window; obtaining at least one subframe of each of the change time windows; measuring MBSFN reception quality in each of the subframes, so as to obtain a candidate measurement result; and obtaining a target measurement result according to the candidate measurement result and each of the change time windows. The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention are used for improving the accuracy of the MBSFN reception quality.
