Study on the Optimization and Disposition Model of Water Resources Based on the Quantitative Method for Sustainable Development

[Objective] The study was to provide a theoretical base for the scientific distribution of the water resource.[Method] With development comprehensive index measure(DD)as sustainable development quantification method,the optimization and disposition model of water resources was constructed on the basis of sustainable development quantification method and the solving method of the model was introduced.[Result] Target function of optimization model was constructed as MaxDD(T)=Max{[EG(T)β1·LI(T)β2]}and the parameters in formula were constrained.The requirement of sustainable development was reflected in constrained conditions.With the genetic algorithm,the water quantum from each water resource,which was distributed to user,was taken as the decision making variance to be was coded to compose the feasible solution set,then a new generation feasible solution set was produced after competition by judging the individual optimization degree,the model was solved by the repeated iterations.[Conclusion] The optimization and disposition model of water resources was constructed for the sustainable development quantification method to provide a new thought for the further scientific distribution of the water resource.
