Design and Simulation for Hydraulic System of Excitation Device of High-speed Rail Track Dynamic Test System

The existing hydraulic excitation mode of valve controlled cylinder or pump controlled motor used in the excitation device of high-speed rail track dynamic test system,is difficult to meet the high vibration frequency,high excitation force and high amplitude requirements.Aiming at these problems,a bicyclic side hydraulic cylinder was put forward,and the corresponding electro-hydraulic servo excitation system was designed.According to the test system parameters,the mathematical model of the hydraulic system was established.MATLAB/Simulink was used to make theoretical analysis and digital simulation.The tool of PID Tuner was used to adjust the PID controller parameters.The results show that the designed hydraulic excitation system meets the design requirements.
