Queuing Way Studies of the Multi-Runway Airport Flight Operation of PBN

Have analyzed the flight,control procedure and the airspace structure of the multi-runway hub airport terminal area by using the stochastic serve system theory,under the Performance-Based Navigation(PBN) procedure.An operation model is established.The flight operation queuing methods have discussed.The paper clarify 2 queuing way:①joint cooperation of mutual support;②placed independence do not support,and established the mathematical model.According to the relevant parameters,can obtain the flight detention time,leisure runway number,queue length and other useful indicators.In the same condition, compare 2 operation mode,the results indicated:①support more flight request and provide higher service quality.It can expand runway capacity,and satisfy the airlines and passenger demand.The paper have larger theoretical significance and application value,is applied in practice,and is worth promoting.
