Calculation and Analysis on Heat Distribution of the Cooling System

According to the principle of conservation of energy and polynomial fitting method,this paper calculates heat loses in engine water jacket,intercooler and oil heat exchanger with the cooling liquid in the cooling system.The calculation results fit the experimental results well and the relative error is less than 10%.Through calculating and analyzing heat distribution of the cooling system under different operating conditions,this paper obtained change curves of heat loses in engine water jacket,intercooler and oil heat exchanger with the cooling liquid with the engine speed,load changes.
