Construction of the opening experiment education system

Laboratory is an important part of high education system.. The opening of laboratory becomes the new requirement of creationary education to the high education. Author has studied some actual questions which the opening of college laboratory now faces, and gives some constructive suggestions on how to construct the opening experiment education system, in order to accelerate the reform of experiment education.
