The article investigates the impact of laptop computers on students' learning using Bloom's learning taxonomy. It uses Bloom's learning taxonomy to highlight the different components of the human learning process and its different levels of complexity. The author suggested that learning with laptop will provide students with opportunities to develop their knowledge as well as being able to practice what they are learning through the use of educational technology. However, learning with laptops will have a low contribution towards improving feeling or emotional skills required for receiving, responding, valuing, organizing, and internalizing the values of ideas and materials.
