The invention provides a webpage class feature vector. A phrase which can reflect essential of a webpage is constructed by analysis of taxon and features of the webpage class. By analyzing a standard webpage which is defined by a user or by a standard taxton which is defined by the user, a feature vector of the webpage class is constructed. If the user gives undefined standard webpage or the standard webpage which is given by the user is not sufficient, the webpage class which is defined by the user is delivered to a feature vector extender to be expanded into the feature vector. A concept of the feature vector is provided in the webpage class firstly. The invention discloses a construction method which can combine understanding of user subjective consciousness and objective world on the webpage class. The construction method of the feature vector of the webpage class can provide service for the webpage class, and achieve and lay the foundation for a network information service system.
