The Influence of Different Cooling Conditions to the High-strength Ship Plate after Line Heating up to 1000℃

Ship-hull curved plate forming generally adopts a typical technology of line heating.The technology is complex.In this paper,AH36-TM ship hull plate adopts heating up to 1000℃,air-cooling below to 600℃ and water-cooling.The experimental results show that the materials not only maintain ductility,but avoid brittle fracture in the next process.
