PISA 2000 technical report

The OECD Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) is a survey of the knowledge and skills of 15-year-olds in 32 industrialised countries. This technical report describes the methodology underlying PISA 2000 and contains detailed information on the implementation of the project which allows researchers to understand and replicate its analyses. Information is provided on the design, methodologies used to analyse the data, technical features of the project and quality control mechanisms.
