Planes de gestión de costos y recursos para proyecto de implementación de solución de comunicaciones unificadas

This paper proposes a guideline to the cost and resource plan that a project manager should follow in the implementation of an unified communications system, an initiative developed considering the rise of digitalization and the globalization of communications in Colombia in recent years. thanks to the digital live plan of the MinTIC. The methodology for the realization of the same one was based on the standards of the PMI - Guide PMBOK sixth edition. The activities and resources involved in each work package of the WBS were identified, in order to subsequently estimate the duration and costs in a parametric way, in order to establish the schedule, the critical route of the project and the budget baseline. Subsequently, the project cost and resource management plan was carried out, and a follow-up and control report was projected with the earned value technique. The aim of this document is to serve as a basic tool for the generation of documents and templates to be taken into account during the management of the work in a project for the implementation of unified communications systems
