The image processing system based on the modification of a video by frame according to the present invention comprises a numerical information DB; a drawing image information DB; an image processing module; an I/O module; a collected data processing module; an interference image compensation module; an information updating module; and a coordinate collecting device. The coordinate collecting device includes a supporting unit; a fixing unit; a measuring unit; a measuring unit leveling unit; and an antenna protecting unit.
