Circular polarized DVB-T transmitting antennas

In the past 40 years the structure of the terrestrial video broadcasting never changed, both for analogue and digital broadcasting: One station supplies a large area with a radius of 50 km or more. However, to ensure the supply of the entire area, high transmission power is required. Another disadvantage is the fact that there is nearly no possibility to adjust the transmitter with respect to the local topography. To mitigate the above mentioned disadvantages, a new broadband antenna structure for circular polarized clustered networks is developed.
