Bus-Bar 길이에 따른 임피던스 변화를 이용한 SAW ID 태그 프로그래밍

Surface Acoustic Wave(SAW) devices can be used to as RFID tags, called SAW transponders, for measuring physical quantities such as pressure that do not need any power supply and may be accessed wirelessly. SAW devices were fabricated on 128° Y-X LiNbO₃ piezoelectric substrate. Control of the reflector bus-bar was used to change the phase of the reflected signals. The length of the bus-bar can be modified by cutting using lasers. The proposed SAW ID tags increases data capability.
