Study on error online measurement for complex curved surface profile error of skew roller based on error separation technique

This paper proposes a new method to finish complex curved surface profile error measurement.This method mainly uses three probe error separation methods in frequency domain and build up mathematics model on the basis of the least squares.This paper also gives the architecture model of complex curved surface profile error measurement system.This research will have great effect on promotion the machining precision of the roller's complex curved surface and the forming precision of the workpiece in skew rolling.
