발전소 스팀제어용 유압서보 액추에이터의 Seal 수명 향상에 관한 연구

At the power plants, the control system of turbine output, operated by hydraulic servo actuator, has been used for supplying steam to high and low pressure steam turbine or shutting off it. In normal operation or regular inspection, the temperature of sealing part soared to almost 500 degrees due to the adiabatic compression of entrained air aeration. Because this rise in temperatures can cause actuator failure by burning the seal, air vent valve is installed on hydraulic servo actuator. This study develops reliability for the durability of seal, installed on hydraulic servo actuator, by application of the air vent valve.
