차량용 Permanent-magnet synchronous motor 제어 시스템의 센서 고장 진단

The permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) can offer many advantages in comparison with the brush DC motor in a vehicle. When the PMSM control system is used in the safety critical system in a vehicle, it is important to guarantee failsafe of the PMSM control system. This paper presents a fault detection and estimation algorithm of the PMSM control system. Especially, a fault detection and estimation algorithm of the current sensors and the speed sensor of the PMSM is developed by the model-based method. The presented method is verified by the computer simulation.
