Influence Factors of Knowledge Creation based on Knowledge Characteristic and Internal and External Motivation

Knowledge creation is generally accompanied by knowledge sharing. Take knowledge sharing as intermediary variable, this work explores five variables of knowledge which are intrinsic characteristics, transmission way, knowledge subject features, intrinsic and extrinsic incentives; the relationship between them and creation is studied. In view of characteristics of knowledge and motivation, structural equation model of influence factors is constructed for knowledge creation. Based on the model as well as statistical analysis, the results show that knowledge intrinsic characteristics and subject features have strong effect on knowledge creation, while knowledge transmission way has little effect. Incentives have more effect on knowledge sharing behavior of individual and it is an important impetus. To study the improvement of knowledge creation path, the corresponding advice is given.
