Analysis of Service Occupation Types and Training Programs of Services for the Aged in Busan

현재우리나라 세이상인구는 로고령화사회를지나 65 9.5% 고령사회로이행중이며 년고령사회 년초고 2019 (14%), 2026 령사회 로진입할것으로예상된다 이는저출산현상과 (20%) . 맞물려현재생산가능인구 명당 고령사회가되는 년에 9.5 , 2020 는 명당 년에는 명당노인 명을부양하게되는셈 3.8 , 2030 2.3 1 이되어노인에대한부양부담은놀라운속도로증가하고있다 이와같이고령화 (KoreaNational Statistical Office, 2005). 사회가되면서부양에대한편의성을추구하게되었고 노후생 , 활에필요한요양 여가 생활용품 주거 금융의다섯가지종 , , , , 목과관련된서비스인 실버관련산업이활 (Lee&Eom, 2002) 성화되고있다 하지만우리나라의실버서비스에 (Lee, 2006). 는몇가지보완되어야할점이존재한다. 첫째 제공되는실버서비스중요양관련서비스에대한관심 , 이높은반면 여가 주거및금융등기타서비스와의통합이이 , , 루어지지않아서비스간연계성이적고상대적으로후자에대한 관심이부족하다 요양관련서비스에대한 (Kim&Park, 2005). 관심은독거노인의증가 가족의부양기능의축소로가족보호 , 를보완 대체할장치로요양에관련한필요가 · 늘었기때문인것 으로분석된다 하지만 노인문제는계층에따라다양하게나타 . , 나고전반적인생활수준의향상으로노인들은보다다양하고수
