ON THE EXTENSION OF EWALD'S METHOD TO PERIODIC STRUCTURES IN LAYERED MEDIA

In this paper, we demonstrate that Ewald's method can be employed to speed up the convergence of complex images as well as quasidynamic images in the spatial-domain Green's function of planar periodic structures in layered media.
