Single‐pass Ultrathin DSAEK (UT‐DSAEK) with the SLc Expert Microkeratome®

tissue mass (Fig. 1A), and fluorescein angiography showed a classical subfoveal CNV. The patient was treated with three monthly intravitreal injections with aflibercept on the left eye, and at the follow-up examination 1 month after the last injection, the subjective symptoms had disappeared, visual acuity had improved to 0.63 cc 1.0 D and the subretinal neovascularization had regressed to leave a small atrophic scar (Fig. 1B).
