압출기의 구조 해석 및 내구 안전성 평가

In this study, Structural analysis and evaluation on the durability and safety were investigated for the extrusion press. FEM (Finite Element Method) modeling was carried out using CATIA V5 on important component in needed operation of extruder. Safety factor and stress value of the major component were obtained through Structural Analysis using ANSYS program. The structural safety was also verified by static analysis of extruder. Especial1y, operated stress and deformation of the End-platen and Tie-Rod were focused. By predict the life of the extruder, optimized shape for weight reduction and material cost savings can be obtained.
