Design and stability analysis of pre-amplification circuit for photodiode monitoring

The design quality of pre-amplifier circuit in photoelectric detector can directly affect the properties of a whole detection system. In order to get a perfect photoelectric detection pre-amplification circuit,a photodiode working in photovoltaic mode was selected,and then a photoelectric detection pre-amplification circuit with low input bias current and low noise amplifier was designed. The stability for conversion circuit is analyzed in this paper. The basis of choosing the relevant parameters of the components in conversion circuit is given. The circuit has achieved good results in practical application.
