Robust H_∞ control for permanent magnet synchronous servo motor

By using the direct feedback linearization method, the robust control model of the vector-controlled permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is established, the uncertainty and the disturbance of model are studied. The robust H∞ controller for PMSM is established by H∞ control theory. The control algorithm is simple and practicable. Simulations show that the proposed control method is suitable with high static and dynamic performance.
