Dynamic distribution method for IP address in wireless local area network

The invention discloses a dynamic distribution method for an IP address in a wireless local area network. The IP address is transmitted through an HELLO packet which is periodically broadcasted in a protocol, and each node creates a table to store the corresponding relation between the IP and the MAC, wherein when the node receives the HELLO packet, whether the IP address carried in the HELLO packet conflicts with that in the table or not is judged, if the IP address carried in the HELLO packet conflicts with that in the table, a conflict notice is sent to a conflict node, the conflict node regenerates an IP address, and the HELLO packet is discarded; otherwise, the HELLO packet is processed continuously. According to the dynamic distribution method, IP distribution and the L2MPM protocol are combined, and a dynamic IP distributing and conflict detecting and solving method is achieved. A new HELLO packet frame structure and a conflict notifying packet structure are adopted, and dynamic IP configuration in the WMN network based on the L2MPM protocol is achieved. The dynamic distribution method is simple, convenient to operate and capable of well solving the problems that in the prior art, the topology built based on the L2MPM protocol changes dynamically, the clustering for maintaining the network structure is large in workload, and the topology is not suitable for the network of which nodes move fast and topology changes fiercely.
