The invention relates to a wave soldering clamp for a circuit board with double-sided devices, which comprises a base, positioning columns, tin preventing bars and shifting block assemblies, wherein a plurality of circuit board fixed frames are formed on the base, and the circuit board fixed frames are grooves of which the dimensions and shapes of outer edges are the same as those of the outer edges of a circuit board; grooves of which the contour dimensions, positions and height are the same as those of the reverse-side device of the circuit board are formed in the grooves, and the positions of welding points on the grooves are hollow; the shifting block assemblies are sleeved on the positioning column; a plurality of positioning columns with the shifting block assemblies are arranged at the peripheries of the plurality of circuit board fixed frames, and are fixed on the base through screws and nuts; and the four tin preventing bars are fixed at four ends of the base opposite to each other in parallel. The wave soldering clamp has the advantages that the circuit board is fixed on the base completely, adverse phenomena of warping, bending and the like do not occur, each dimension meets the technical requirements of drawings completely, the difficulty of subsequent maintenance is prevented, and the quality of products is guaranteed better.
