Stress and Comfort Estimation of Patients Listening a Music while Rehabilitation Training by Machine Learning with Pre-processed Electrocardiogram

In this study, a wireless body area network (WBAN) is used to estimate the patient ’s condition during rehabilitation training (hereinafter, rehabilitation). It is possible to apply information and communication technology to medical treatment and measure the wearer ’s biological information in real time in various situations. Consider performing machine learning on heartbeat interval information obtained from electrocardiogram data. The degree of stress of the patient is considered to be an index when deciding the appropriate training. Therefore, in this study, highly accurate stress estimation tailored to the way individuals feel from the patient ’s heart rate information. We propose a more accurate method to estimate stress based on actual biometric data than the conventional LF/HF index. In addition, the stress reduction effect by the auditory and visual effects will be examined using music during strength training.
