The helicopter wind tunnel test is a dynamic test with high speed, high difficulty and high risk. Traditional test methods often have some shortcomings, such as low efficiency, poor safety and labor intensity, because they rely too much on human subjective judgment. In order to overcome these shortcomings, in this paper, aiming at the key problems of helicopter wind tunnel test, we construct the test management system which is based on network. Furthermore, the intelligent security protection strategy combining hardware and software is designed. On this basis, the automatic trim technology based on fuzzy control for rotor load is realized. At present, these three new technologies have been successfully applied to helicopter wind tunnel test. The results show that the method has the advantages of easy operation, safety and reliability, good data quality and high test efficiency, which greatly improves the safety level of helicopter wind tunnel test and fully meets the requirements of helicopter wind tunnel test.
